Holidays & Celebrations

Our annual Channukah celebration is the most special event of the year. We share an excellent dinner -- usually roasted chicken, salads, and donuts of course. A group of musicians from Sun City Lincoln Hills entertains us. The guitar player is a member of the Shalom group. 

 Passover is another special evening when we share a Seder meal. One of our past presidents is a professional chef who owned several restaurants. He creates the Seder plate for us and works closely with the SCLH restaurant cooking staff to prepare the meal and facilitate the authenticity of certain specialty foods like gefilte fish and matzo ball soup.
